We need a kind, organized, confident, and efficient Web Project Manager on our team. 

CIPR Communications is on the hunt for a tech-savvy, self-starter! Do you have project management experience? Do you enjoy helping clients succeed? Are you comfortable supporting a remote team? This position is perfect for a motivated strategist with strong communications skills looking to join a flexible team and take their developing career to the next level.  

Roles: 
  • Project Management and Project Administration
  • Technical Support on Client Websites (primarily: Duda, Wordpress)
  • Management of Website Development (via coordination of vendors)
Over time the job description may change based on your skillset; flexibility and teachability is a must. This job will grow alongside CIPR Communications. 

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Project management of website projects 
  • Coordinating between clients, CIPR team members, and CIPR’s trusted WSI partners to execute projects
  • Ensuring delivery of website projects on time and on budget for our clients
  • Managing website maintenance for clients (including small content and image changes; implementing tags, and tracking codes; and/or coordinating larger scale changes with the website development teams)
  • Other communications and project management duties as required

Skills 
  • Super strong project management abilities – that have been proven in past careers
  • Experience with website development projects  
  • Technical website understanding and knowhow (especially in Wordpress and Duda)
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Multi-task in a highly organized fashion
  • Perceptive and anticipatory - ability to identify gaps and fill them in accordingly (rolling up your sleeves)

Educational Background and Experience

  • Marketing or Communications post-secondary degree; or Project Management, Web Design, IT designation and/or degree
  • Previous experience in web development/design projects and marketing (5 years)
  • Previous experience in project management (5 years)
  • Previous agency-experience is preferable 
  • Experience with cloud-based project management tools (the position will utilize Asana and Basecamp daily)
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of HTML 
  • Proficient in problem solving, research, and investigation/troubleshooting 
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Bonus Skillset
A candidate with skills and experience in graphic design (design of flat sheets, social media posts, reports, ads) would be considered an asset. This is not required in the role but could help you stand out.

We would see the immediate growth for this position to handle other online signature CIPR projects including Digital Marketing Blueprints, Competitive Analysis Reports, and other ‘foot in the door’ projects for clients. This role will service, often, the first touch of a new CIPR client. It is integral to give the new client a feeling of confidence and ease when working with us. This roll sets the table for a long-term relationship with CIPR and helps to align future digital marketing and communications needs. The position has the ability to evolve into a Director role.

CALGARY, AB, April 28, 2022 /CNW/ - Calgary businesses CIPR Communications, Certified Flourishing Coaching and Rumble Boxing Studio have teamed up to participate in the Canadian Mental Health Association's (CMHA Calgary) Energize Don't Hide event to raise awareness about mental health, build connection and community, and fundraise for the ongoing delivery and expansion of CHMA Calgary programs. These local companies are committed to helping the Canadian Mental Health Association's Energize Don't Hide Calgary campaign and are encouraging other businesses to participate through incentives and prizes.
